This is a great way to stay stocked up on high-quality fruits and veggies without the slog to Walmart or Soriana. The veggie truck shows up three days a week at the main marina parking area (between Marina Maz and Isla Marina), and is there from 7am to 9am. Often has shrimp and fish for sale as well. Decent prices.
