We spent some time in our respective home towns, San Diego (Jody) and Traverse City (Capt. Randy), where there was rain and snow and some sunshine; shopping, shopping, and more shopping (blech!); eating, eating, and more eating (ugh!); and much needed time with friends and family (we wished Jody’s big sis could have made it home – next time). Jody also took a quick jaunt out to Palm Springs to spend some time at Flea’s Resort and see her former work peeps. So, so nice. And we were back to La Cruz to ring in the new year – yay!!
